Heel Pain / Plantar Fasciitis

About this condition

Most heel pain comes from plantar fasciitis, an irritation of the thick band under the foot, or from the Achilles tendon behind the heel. Stretching, footwear changes and load management settle most cases over time.

What you may notice

Sharp pain with the first steps in the morning, or an ache under or behind the heel.

How we help

Pinpoint the exact source, then treat step by step: stretching, footwear and insoles, injections where suitable, and surgery only when the problem calls for it.

This page is general information. The right option depends on your examination and scans, so please book a consultation for advice on your own case.
